Looking for a new GPU around $200

I've been out of the GPU loop for a while and I'm not sure what GPU I should get to replace my GTX 260+ for around $200. I don't know much about the GTX 500 series and I know even less about the AMD 6000 series but I want a card that has a lifetime warranty so either XFX, EVGA, or potentially other good brands that have lifetime warranty's.

Looks like your best bets are:
AMD - XFX HD6870 219.99 ($20 MIR).
Nvidia - EVGA GTX560 Ti 239.99 ($25 MIR).

The GTX560 has better performance, just not sure how far north of $200 you were willing to stray.

I just got a 560ti and it 3dmarked 600pts less than my sli 260-216s. I got an evga fpb aka 850mhz model, so overclocking isnt the greatest.... But 2 times the performance at the same power consumption is A+ in my book.
