yeah its all compatible. the mobo you got only has sata 3gb/s and the HD you got is 6gb/s. might wanna get a HD thats 3gb/s since it might be cheaper. and that power supply is cheap! dont ever get a cheap one. and get atleast a 600w PSU. the cpu requires 125w and that graphics card requires a 400w so you might be pushing it with only a 450w PSU

I agree go for a better quality psu. It's the backbone of the system so never cut corners there!
