Hello,
I have a old thinkpad 365 that I am trying to install pcmia cards in, a wireless card and a USB card. The cheapo eBay cards both came with mini disk drivers but I cannot get the computer to accept them. Am I installing these things incorrectly or do I need to find new drivers (they don't seem to load right)? This thing is cool and retro and was next to free, hey it's got a bigger screen than my iPhone. Oh and it's got windows 98. Maybe a Linux change in order.
Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated
Thanks
Scott

ancient thinkpad

They are supposed to, they did not come with a instruction sheet or spec info. I have tried a couple times now and the wireless cards driver seems to work but it says there is no hardware, the USB cards driver will not work. Can't really tell if the hardware or software or the Mc Hammer era computer is to blame. Anybody think the Linux path might be a better option?
Thanks.
Scott
