From the benches I've seen, the performance of two GTX 560 Ti's in SLI beat a single GTX 580 by far. Nearly 30% in some places. They usually do far better than the GTX 580 except in low-res settings (1024x768) from what I've seen. Example.

That one says it's $110 after mail-in rebate.

The one I linked to was $70 after mail-in rebate.

Though that OCZ one is faster, so I'd go with it if I was in OP's position.
