Hi,

I was wondering if it was possible to plug two external monitors to a laptop with only one VGA exit.

Thanks

regards,

You would need a VGA splitter... if that exists. Sure enough it does! Newegg.ca - StarTech 1 ft. VGA to 2x VGA Video Splitter Cable - M/F Model VGASPL1VV

This may not be what you are looking for
Note: This product will split your video signal to deliver two identical images of the same resolution. It cannot be used to span an image across two displays, or to show different images on each display.
You should be able to find a USB to VGA converter if you need to do something beyond the capabilities of the splitter.

hey thank you all for your answers!

I did not know about the usb to vga. Thanks for the info! I will do that as I was to have two different images.

Do you think windows xp works with that?

Thanks again, it's very nice of you to help a n00b ;)
