Hi all. I'm a new guy.
Briefly: I've been in the game for 15 years, started with support for Systems like OS2 Warp, later moved into windows.
Technical College Graduate, I've been both a Technical Specialist and Subject Matter Expert. Am now a Team Leader for a group of specialists internally.
Hope to help, be helped and expand my knowledge.
One big lesson I've learned in the game:
"You never stop learning in this game, keep pushing the boundaries and keep focusing on the issues at hand."
