Help!!!!!

I made the mistake of changing my screen resolution and now everytime I try to load Windows normally the log in screen won't show and my monitor just says not supported.
What do I do?

try holding f1 f8 f12 or esc get in to safe mode. uninstall video drivers. then restall when your not in safe mode
