Salvaging Parts from older builds, attempting to use them for a BF3/MW3/SC2 rig

Power Supply:

Assuming 1 high end graphics card, an i7, 4gb RAM, 1 160gb HDD, will the following power supply be sufficient or will it need to be replaced?

Also, I have an older X-Fi Fatal1ty sound card (Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi SB0460 7.1) and it came with the front panel (model SB0250, couldn't find a link). Will this be useful for this upcoming build or should I just use the onboard sound that comes with motherboards nowadays? My sound output will most likely be a pair of Koss Portapro's (Koss Portapro Headphones) or Logitech Z4 2.1's (Logitech Z4 2.1).

What "high end graphics card" is it? I wouldn't run anything more than a GTX 560ti...and even that may be too close.

That power supply has (2) +12v rails with a max. output of 22A per rail. That is not enough power for a high-end card and I don't think it would be considered reliable for a mid-range card either.
