I am now playing APB, which my computer with no doubt can run on maximum settings. I am constantly crashing and it crashes my computer as well, causing me to reboot.

The file that comes up on the bottom of the blue screen is
nvlddmkm.sys
28c3xb9.jpg

I've tried everything to fix it but I cannot figure out what is wrong. I have uninstalled my graphcis card using driver sweeper and without using it, but no luck. Anybody know what might be causing this to crash my computer?

Specs:
Windows 7 64 bit
4gb ram
Nvidia Geforce 9800GT
Intel Quad Core

Have you uninstalled it from safe mode? There's a tool out there (I forgot what it was.. I'm sure someone here on the forum will know) that will forcibly remove all the video driver components. Then you reinstall. I had something similar to this a while ago on an older card and used it and it cleaned right up.

Perform these steps on another computer:
1) Download a current driver from nvidia.
2) Extract nvlddmkm.sy_ using WinRAR.
3) Expand nvlddmkm.sy_ from windows command prompt
cd [path_to_nvlddmkm.sy_]
expand -r nvlddmkm.sy_ nvlddmkm.sys
4) Put a copy of the new nvlddmkm.sys file on a flash drive

Restart Windows 7 Setup and perform these steps:
1) During the "Expanding files" step, press Shift-F10 to open a command prompt
2) Replace the nvlddmkm.sys file located at
C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\nv_lh.inf_amd64_neutral_4f38d443efdd0a70
with the new one from the flash drive.
Wait for setup to create the file before you replace it -- seems to occur when
the progress meter reaches about 70%.
3) Let the install process finish, hopefully without any blue screens.

You will probably want to install the complete nvidia driver using the usual method once
Windows setup is complete.

Driver Sweeper

are you overclocking? What mobo are you using?
Not sure what overclocking is, but I never heard of it so I doubt it.

My motherboard is a ASUSTeK Computer INC. P5KPL-CM.

I've reinstalled the latest nvidia drivers, hasn't worked. Ive done the driversweeper before and it didnt work either.

And to azzyyork, that middle part is quite confusing.

This came up on a recent crash.
