verizon netbooks

I've been looking at some used Verizon Samsung N150 netbooks. Will I need Verizon service to connect to the internet, or could i do that with a wired/wireless router? Thanks.

That is just a 3G connection, meaning that you can go online wherever you can get a cell signal. It probably does include wireless as well, if you want to connect to your home network.

These netbooks have both WiFi and cellular broadband built-in. If you don't contract with Verizon for the cellular broadband, you can still use the WiFi or the ethernet port to connect to a router. Here's a link to the specs for that netbook: Verizon Samsung N150 Netbook/.
