Help with noobs new computer.

Hi I'm new to the entire custom computer process. After doing some research and looking within my price range I chose these parts.
Case:

CPU:
Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz (3.7GHz Turbo Boost) 4 x 256KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache LGA 1155 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor BX80623I52500K

MOBO:
ASUS P8P67 LE (REV 3.0) LGA 1155 Intel P67 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

RAM:
CORSAIR Vengeance 4GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9

Hard Drive:
Western Digital Caviar Black WDBAAZ0020HNC-NRSN 2TB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.5" Internal Hard Drive

Video Card:
MSI R5770 Hawk Radeon HD 5770 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card

Sound Card:
Turtle Beach TBS-3429 5.1 Channels 24-bit 48KHz PCI Interface Sound Card

I was wondering if all this would work together, and if you could recommend a power unit. If you can make any changes.
I will mostly use this for gaming on games like WoW, and maybe MW3, and Battlefield 3

Also, you don't need a sound card. Onboard is good enough.
