Help me choose a motherboard for 2500K cpu for photography processing

Hi,

I would like to build a pc with the Intel i5 2500K and I have the below motherboard options; can you please help me choose the best one ?

P8P67 PRO (REV 3.1)
AsRock Z68 Pro 3
AsRock P67 Extreme 4
Gigabyte GA-P67A-UD4-B3

regarding overclocking if I will overclock just to gain some performance over the stock setting and to better handle the photos processing.

To add on to this, do you think the Asus P8P67-M Pro would be just as suitable using SLI assuming its at a lower price (few problems with heat ect..)?

I know, all I'm wondering is if there would be a problem using SLI since the cards would be closer together. Sorry to derail the thread
