USB 3.0 motherboard header connections

Is anyone able to tell me if a usb 3.0 motherboard to case adaptor is available yet, so the case output does not have to be plugged in to the rear i/o motherboard ports. I am in Australia and struggling to find any and cannot see the point in gaining one at the front of the case only to lose one at the back of the motherboard that has a usb 3.0 header connection.
Any help is most appreciated

Newegg sells this already, not sure of Au yet though.
