IIRC, realtemp uses a different TJMax by default.

Anyway, the 50C on the CPU is a little hot for the e8400. Try taking the heatsink off and reapply the thermal compound. (clean the old stuff off course) If you don't have any atm, get TX-2

Sorry for too late reply. Been so busy with some stuff.
I'm going to recently take it and will apply new thermal paste ( or possibly a new fan and heatsink, this one was 5$! )
Possibly I'll get a new PSU. Thanks for all help so far.
