If you want a 5770, get the XFX one, lifetime warranty. Cheaper, too.

It's only one dollar more ATM.

Make sure the Windows 7 is 64-bit. Otherwise you can't use your full RAM.
 
the pci express slot for my motherboard is 2.0 x16 the xfx radeon 5770 one is 2.1 x16 would they still work together?
