New Budget Gaming Comp

Grace is getting a new gaming rig since her laptop is on its last legs. Normally I would just put all the parts together, but being too busy with web/software dev this past year I have no clue what's the best bang for buck right now.

Parts I have:
8GB (2x4GB) G.Skill DDR3-1600
XFX Radeon HD5670
HDD

Parts I need:
Processor (AMD or Intel doesn't matter)
mATX Motherboard (Prefer to stick with Gigabyte boards)
mATX Case
PSU

Budget: Around $300 CAD
