Hi new poster here.

I have recently bought this system

Case: Xigmatek Asgard - Black
- Power Supply: OCZ 500w StealthXStream II
- CPU: AMD Athlon II X2 Dual Core 250 3.00GHz (Socket AM3)
- Motherboard: AMD 880G (Socket AM3) DDR3 Motherboard
- RAM: 4GB DDR3 1333MHz Dual Channel Kit
- Hard Drive: Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB SATA 6GB/s
- Graphics Card: Onboard AMD Graphics
- Sound: ALC888B 8-channel High Definition Audio CODEC
- Optical Drive: LG GH22NS50 22x DVD±RW SATA ReWriter

Basically intended to be a budget gaming build. My question is what graphics card would best be suited so as to not bottleneck anything. Basically the best graphics card possible that still improves gaming performance.
I have no idea what spec proccessor or ram gos with what graphics card.

I was thinking a radeon hd 5750 1gb, my friend says that will bottleneck the proccessor anyway.

No, a gpu will most likely get bottlenecked by that cpu.

Best question is what do you want to spend? And where are you shopping at.

A 5750 migh be a matched gpu forf that system, though you'd be best to get one that can handle a cpu upgrade in a yr or 2.

Give us a budget, and we'll spend your money ;)

And welcomer to Tech Forums.

I doubt it, the HD 5750 is on the lower tiered side as far as video cards go.
you should just buy the best card for your budget. and upgrade when you feel necessary.
