I don't know about Home Premium. My Windows size is inflated due to converted video files that I forgot about.

60GB should be good if you don't let Windows stuff itself like I did.

I think I shall do that then =] a 60GB SSD for Windows and a secondary 1TB or 500GB for storage Im thinking.

Also would I really require any more extensive cooling if i did run two GPU's ? They'd get really hot I'd imagine and having case fans / CPU after market fan wont really suffice for the GPU's Im guessing ?

Go for cards that use a non-reference cooler if you can. You want something that can pull in air from the sides or end as the cards will have minimal clearance between them. That won't be a problem for the bottom card but will be for the top one.

You will still want a case with good airflow and plenty of fans to keep that air moving.

I'm not really familiar with the term "non-reference" GPU but would 1 of these style GPU's be 1 of them by any chance? "SAPPHIRE RADEON HD6950 2 GB GDDR5"
