i5 2500k mobo suggestion

I'm looking for suggestions for a decent mobo for overclocking with an i5 2500k. I will only be using 1 hard drive and a single gtx 560 video card. I do not plan on ever using sli. Thanks for the help. I'm looking to spend around $130-150. Also wondering what would be a decent aftermarket cooler to go with it, hoping to keep it in the $30-50 range. I'm planning on ordering this tomorrow so I appreciate the suggestions.

The Asus mobo you listed seems like it has a lot of problems still.

I would go with the MSI over the ASRock, but your best bet is the Asus.

I have the Asus P8P67 Pro and I've had absolutely no problems. Most of the problems I see reported on Newegg appear to be from users that claim experience that they don't have, which is the cause of their frustrations.

What power supply do you plan on using?

Can you tell me what the main difference is in the Asus mobo you listed and this one Newegg.com - ASUS P8P67 LE (REV 3.0) LGA 1155 Intel P67 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard. The only thing I can see is a few of the port are different and the one you listed supports bluetooth? I don't know a whole lot about motherboards so trying to learn a little in the process.
