trying to build a computer from diff parts

okay so i have a bunch of parts and i want to build a good, relatively cheap computer.
so heres what i got:

500gb sata drive (by WD)
2.5gb of ram (2gb by G.SKILL .5gb by someone) (ddr1)
and a
navdia geforce 9500 GT (pci-e 2.0, graphics card)

what i would like to know is what can i get, motherboard and cpu wise, that will work with this stuff but not cost a fortune.

You'll need different ram as its minimum ddr2 and ddr3 is best.

For bout 200 you could maybe get a workin system.
