Question Troubleshooting Desktop reboot

Hey guys,

My parents computer was working fine til couple days ago. Now it works for couple minutes graphics get squibbly and computer freezes then reboots. They get the outta range error. It just keeps doing it. First thing I thought was PS then mom told me bout how monitor was acting so I'm leaning towards Graph card. Could also be RAM or even MB. Don't want to just start throwing parts at it so how can I be sure it GC? Oh, as soon as she goes on FACEBOOK it freezes.

It stays on a lot longer if she just plays solitaire. I also told her to lower res to 1024 X 768.

The MB is ECS KN1 SLI lite
4GB RAM
Radeon GC
430 Thermltke PS

Thanks
