Buying new PC (Questions)

I'm buying an Asus Sabertooth X58 MB and I'm also buying 6 RAM modules.
Problem is, the CPU socket is too close to the RAM slots and the CPU Cooler might interfere with RAM placement.
My question is what's the lenght between the CPU and the RAM so I can be assured that it all fits in just nice!

Just to be sure I would be glad if someone knew the distance between the CPU and the Graphics PCI slot.
