i don't have one yet, i thought that i would use and SSD for my OS and prgrams i use alot

also i am trying to keep the price under 1200 but i can't seem to cut anything off
can you help me with that.

unless you are planning to overclock you could most likely drop down to the i5 2500 which is the same as the i5 2500k but doesnt allow you to overclock as well as the fact that you probably don't need a 2 TB HDD and you could drop down to a 1TB or even a 500gb which is generally large enough unless your planning on having HUGE amounts of movie's and TV show's as i have only just filled up my 1 TB external HDD and that has around 200 movies plus about 15 different TV shows with every ep on there. As well as these, do you really NEED a blue-ray burner? to me that seems a waste of money as chances are you probably won't end up bruning stuff to blu-ray as the discs are just so expensive, i'd drop back down to DVD burner which are only around 50. If you do all 3 of these you could probably knock off around 100-150 which is enough for your ram

I may have to forgo the SSD the price is 1229.92 right now. would be nice if i could cut the price a little but o well.
is everything else fine?

everything looks fine though as i previously stated i don't see the point in a blue ray burner espicially if you wanted to cut costs same with the i5 2500k if your not going to overclock

-your right, don't need a BD burner,
-i most likely will not OC the 2500k (need to read about it)
-for the hard drive 500GB-1TB is a good idea(go with the same brand?)

i will repost my changes later going to sleep soon,
thanks for the help.

well if your overclocking your going to need to add an extra 100 for a cpu cooling system and i'm not sure on the best HDD brand's so can't really help you there
