PC making loud noise, could it be the PS or something else??

Shouldn't hurt to test it out.. It may overheat if you continue to use it without a fan. Also, I am sure you could find a replacement online somewhere for dirt cheap. Or better yet if you contact the maker of the motherboard you could probably order one directly from them for a couple of bucks.
 
Well, I have been all over the place looking for a fan to replace the one I have. NOBODY has one that will work. They all have fans that are pretty much the same BUT have a 3 pin plug on the end instead of a 2 pin plug like I need. Anybody know where I can find one of these illusive 2 pin fans??????

And by the way, how many inches is 80mm??? The fan size I need is about 1 1/2 inchs square.

Funny, I've just been doing that!! I found one that was perfect but some bugger had to outbid me. Comeon! It's like a $2 part. Ebay can be so frustrating sometimes. I swear I could place a bid of $100 on a piece of used toilet paper and someone would outbid me on it.
