Thanks. Instead of starting another thread, is there a way to keep at least 1 usb port powered when the comp is shutdown on the asus P8P67 DELUXE? I ask because this is how my mouse battery charges. If not, what other method could I use to charge it. Thanks.

No, you cannot keep a USB port powered when the computer is powered down. Your mouse should have a charging station to recharge the battery and the charging station should be plugged into a wall outlet.

You could buy a powered USB Hub like this one. It supplies power even when the PC is turned off.

You can't just buy any USB Hub as a lot of them are not powered. If it doesn't come with a power cord it won't work when the PC power is off.

Thanks. Since the receiver and charging dock can be seperated, would an AC to USB adapter work then same as a powered hub?
