90 nm or 130nm??

Well i purchased a 3500+ from monarch computer a few days ago. I went to the site today, and i saw that they have 90 nm 3500 in retail packages now. How can i tell if i have a 90 or 130 nm?

Nm is a nanometer. 1 nanometer = 0.000000001 meters while 1 micron is 0.000001 meters

I've looked everywhere and nothing. I dont think there is any datasheets for the 90nm processors yet. But anyway like u said that today they have a 90nm 3500+ in retail right so thats probably the one u bought right?
