Logisys 5.25 Front Panel Thermal Control

Hey guys was given a free Logisys Front Panel Thermal Control. I have never installed one before and lets just say it comes with less than what i would call instructions. Can I get some help plz.

edit: I understand the basics I think
Connecters:
4pin = power to panel and other fans
3pin marked HDD plugs up to HDD Fans
3pin marked CPU Fan on Heat-sink
3pin marked Sys goes to case fans

Now the problem is how do I attach the sensors to stuff
(thin flat plastic strip)

I usually use a small drop of superglue but you'll need some nail polish remover to remove them. You can use tape but the tape can trap heat, slowing thermal dissipation if you attach it to a heatsink. Don't place them between a heatsink and the chip being cooled.
