CM Hyper 212 Plus still jiggles after install?

I just mounted the cooler on an Asrock 870 extreme 3.

It seems tight and all but I'm able to turn it (counter)clockwise a little bit afterter fastening it. The pin from the X bracket is in the middle hole of the heatsink. but there's also a small pin sticking out of the HS and I'm guessing it's suppose to make the cooler unmovable which it's not. The X bracket is immovable. Is this normal or should i remount?

Idle temps are between 35-40 with an AMD phenom II X4 995 BE btw.

The cooler should be able to twist slightly (side to side), but it should not be able to move up and down.

Yes, that's exactly what it does. So it's not simply a bad mount That's a load of my mind.
