Suggestions or changes to my first computer build?

Hello, my build will include the following hardware:

Case: NZXT Phantom

Graphics Card: XFX NVIDIA GeForce 9400GT 512MB

Processor: AMD Athlon II X2 250

Motherboard: ASUS M4A87TD EVO

RAM: DDR3 1600 X2 2G Sticks

Power Supply: Uknown (How many WATT's should I get)

Hard drive: 120G (From Old Computer)

Drives: DVD-Rom Drive (From Old Computer)

Any suggestions, advice, or changes will be gladly taken.

Plenty of room to expand.

You can never go wrong buying a high-end PSU. It's always a solid investment for future upgrades.

However, on the build listed you if you are desperately needing a power supply and for little cash, you can pick up one a bit cheaper.

I was thinking on changing the motherboard to ASUS M4A87TD/USB3 AM3 AMD 870 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 AMD Motherboard, what is your opinion on that?

It's the same board. Just different I/O ports.

Yeah I know, but just wanted to know if it would be a better board having the different ports?

If you need those ports, then yes, it would be beneficial. The two boards are exactly the same, only to the back ports. Everything else is the same. We can't tell if you would ever need it at all.
