I'm planning on purchasing a bunch of parts for my next build for a family member and I think I may have found a good combination of nice parts. Here are the parts:
Motherboard
Processor
Memory
Power Supply
Hard Drive
Case
DVD Drive
I plan on maybe getting these parts within the next week or so. For around $500, this doesn't seem like that bad of a build. This computer will mainly be used to everyday things like internet browsing, file transfers, etc. No gaming and maybe occasional viewing of videos and other related content on the web. So, I won't be needing any discrete graphics card, sound card, etc.
Anyway, does this look good? Also, if anyone knows of a place where prices are cheaper than Newegg, let me know (other than a Microcenter since I don't have one in my state...). Thanks in advance!
