pc freezes in games no bsod

Need help!!!
my computer freezes while playing some games (metro2033, dragon age 2 and crysis 2)
winth no bsod, and only thing i can do is press reset buton
I have e2180, asus p5k, 3gb ddr2 and wd 640gb with 9600gso 768
i have bought new psu 500w lc power and tried other gpu and still nothing.
i ran gold mem for an hour and it pased
what should I do???????
