Hi guys,

Let me start off by introducing myself as I am new to the forums, Im a 18 year old student. I am currently doing my Bachelor in IT. I first built my system about 2 years ago, I have not had any major problems since.

My system is:
Running Windows 7 Ultimate Build 7500

P5q Pro Motherboard
Intel core 2 duo
4gb ram
HD 5770 Graphics Card

Ok so my computer started randomly turning off about 2 months ago, since then I have tryed so many solutions but to no supprise they do nothing.

I have updated my bios, checked c-state was disabled in my bios, checked the tempratures of my cpu, gpu literally seconds before it crashes. There are np spikes in temprature. There also are no error logs what so ever and I have also unticked Shutdown on system failure.

I have reformatted multiple times in the past few days but now its gotten to the point where I cant even do anything on the computer without it randomly rebooting, its usually anywhere from 1-4 minutes before it reboots, I have also just blown out all the dust and crap from my computer yesterday after my reformatt. Please help me tech forums, I need a working computer so I can finish my work :(

Here is the model number of my power supply as written on the power supply.

Should be a model name on the PSU, upper left of sticker. Cool Master, Seasonic, OCZ, etc.

Your 12 rail looks a little weak.
