What's the difference?

50 bucks for a 500gb usb powered hard drive is a pretty good deal. They're both good deals, but all things considered one won't be noticeably faster over the other unless the SE is a 5400rpm which is possible because being usb powered I would think they'd want to cut down on power usage. The first one is 7200rpm, but I can't find anything about the SE's speed. Also I saw on NCIX's site that the SE has a maximum transfer rate of 60mb/s. Not sure if that changes things, but if you're the usb power isn't a deal breaker then I'd go with the first one.
