I have an Acer Veriton L460 which has a vga connector and a DVI D dual link connector. I have a monitor currently connected to the vga port. I have tried to add my second vga monitor to the dvi port using an adapter. All it displays is "In Power Mode Press any key on keyboard or move mouse". Nothing works to get it back on. Any help would be greatly appreciated. i am using windows 7 and in the display page it does not detect the second monitor. It only detects my other monitor.

Go into screen resolution. (right click on desktop) If it sees another monitor, activate it.
