How well does the Atom D525 handle 1080p video?

My family is looking into building a guest PC, mainly for my friends/family. I would like it to have the ability to watch 1080p movies and flash videos. Possibly play some low end games like Minecraft and the ones built into windows.

what are you using for a gpu? the gpu can be used for 1080p playback and is more effective at it than the CPU in a lot of cases.

It says that it can handle 1080p playback but I'm not really convinced that it will be able to do it without any choppiness, but that's based off of the prior atom N series which are less powerful than the D series.

I was hoping to stay away from buying a GPU at all because most ATOM boards only have a single PCI slot. I've seen a 256MB 8400GS with PCI before though. I think as long as it can run 720p it should be fine but I want the extra room just in case.
