PICK Between 2 laptops please help!!!!!

they are both HP Laptops
im picking one and its going to be used for gaming... WoW and such games...

Laptop 1:
Ram: 6GB and upgradeable to 8GB
Processor: VISION technology from AMD with 2.9GHz AMD Phenom II dual-core mobile processor N640
Graphics card: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470 switchable graphics with 512MB DDR3 RAM, up to 3197MB total memory
Hard-drive: 640 GB



Laptop 2:
Ram: 4 GB
Processor: Intel i3 M350 @2.27GHz
Graphics Card: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250 Graphics
Hard-Drive: 500GB


My question is whats going to keep my Frames per sec high?
and whats going to not lag out as much?
which processor is better even if its just a little bit...

What manufacturers are these? Give us links if possible.

Over 4GB RAM is overkill, won't help the performance in games.
The first one has better graphics.
AMD CPU, I'm not sure about.
Any of those will not lag out.

the i3 is a bit faster, but the 4250 sucks and is blown out of the water by the 5470. I'd go with the first one, while over 4gb is relatively overkill it doesn't hurt and with a faster GPU I'd go with that one.
