welcome to the forum DancNSpin. Used to be gateway tech, too. Just to give you a hint, most of the crap you'll learn will be in live calls, stuff that was just never taught in class and you'll see some ODD stuff. Let me give ya a pointer. I used to do this after getting annoyed with people reading things like the safe mode message to me, after telling the to click okay, they would still read it anyway. Heres how to get out of it. I would start reading along with them verbatim. They would then ask if I could see their screen, which I would reply 'no, I've just seen the damn thing so many times I have it memorized.' They usually get the hint by then.

Another thing to get used to is trying to get an error message, so you reboot to get it and its not there because they just okay through all the errors. Its a frustrating field, to let you know. Thank God I dont have to do that garbage anymore, if you like the job do what I did and get your self into system engineering.
