Problem ....
I need to encode and provide 2 audio streams. I currently have 1 Creative SB Live External installed (and working perfectly) for our MMS stream.
I now need to encode an MP3 stream and am trying to install a 2nd Creative SB Live External sound card for this stream. Well - it's not working. After installing I lose the function of the original unit and the 2nd one has the error sign on it in the device manager. Or maybe it's the 1st one - they both show up in the DM as:
Sound Blaster Live 24-bit External
I guess my question is - is it possible to run 2 of these external SBs? If so any ideas why they are not working? Is there something I need to change - IRQs or something.
