My laptop is making a whining sound..

Hey guys my laptop is making a whining sound it hurts my ears.
I think is my HDD its a one year old laptop dell inspiron im surprise the HDD is going
out this soon . I mean we have not taken complete care of it like we should were just
learning they said not move it around when its runing but we do tha alot i mean is laptop we though it was for tha I guess no tho . Its been like this for about 6 months now are maybe more.
I just wanna to get u all's imput.And no we didn't buy extra warranty im not even sure if factory warranty is still good.

That is most likely your fan. Did you clean it out lately? May be because of a dust build up.

No i haven't check them its one of those thinn sounds.
Now that u mention tha im going give tha shot.
