NTLDR is missing

Hi. I have a netbook and currently need to install windows. I have used a program called wintoflash to put the windows instillation disk on to a flash drive. When select the flash drive as a boot device, it says the NTLDR is missing. Any way i can fix that so i can boot from usb? I dont have access to a usb cd drive and my net book doesnt have a cd drive built in.

the windows installation is broken and something keeps making the computer restart and freeze up randomly. it works sometimes like atm its working fine... was going to reinstallwindows and if that didnt work try a different hard drive

Sounds like you didn't put windows on the usb drive correctly. We've got a guide here, let me find it for you

One problem... The flash drive doesnt show up on the list if disk drives.

Try formatting the usb drive manually first, in My Computer right click on it and hit 'format'. Choose NTFS
