First, get the 2nd generation core i processors (Sandy Bridge).

Second 950 watts is waaay to much for a build like this, try 600 or 750 w.

Seconded on both counts.

Also, I'd recommend not getting an Intel-branded motherboard, they're generally not very good compared to the other brands - look at EVGA, Gigabyte, ASUS, MSI, etc.
