Better, and cheaper.

Same CPU, though it's the K version and thus you can overclock if you ever want to (which is really easy nowadays, you can get up to 4GHz+ with simple overclocking, which we can help with if you like).
The heatsink is fairly good for the price, and well-recommended.
The motherboard I picked will allow you to overclock if you ever want to, whereas the one in the Planet build won't let you.
Same GPU.
A decent 1TB hard drive.
The case I picked is miles better than the one in the Planet build, much better cooling and much easier to use. In fact it's a rather over the top, so I can pick one for about half the price if you like (won't be as good, or as good-looking, obviously).
The power supply is 100W less than the one in the Planet build, but it's modular (better for cable management, easier to set up, gives better airflow as a result) and more efficient (produces less heat and uses less energy), and you only barely need 650W let alone 750W.
Random DVD drive.
Windows 7 64-bit Home Premium.

I didn't include a sound card because the motherboard in-built ones are pretty much as good nowadays. I would only include one if you need it for a specific reason, say if you're working in music or something (in which case you'd probably have an external one, and now I'm rambling. So yeah, you don't really need one).

Btw, if you sure don't want to overclock then I could probably cut maybe £30-40 by getting a slightly worse motherboard and non-K-series CPU.
