Upgrading

This is my system now:
Intel Core i3 530
3GB DDR3 @ 1333 Mhz
Nvidia Geforce 8400GS

I'm looking to keep the same motherboard, but upgrade pretty much everything for less than $600.

The parts I want to get:

Would these upgrades give me a significant performance boost in games like Call of Duty 4? Thanks for anybody who responds.

Doesn't really matter, but 8 gig of ram is overkill. 4Gigs is enough for 89% of people. Put the money into a bettr gpu.

@Mario Eats BK I don't know the exact model, but I checked all the socket types and they all say they'll work. I have an ASUS P7H55 Series. @Patonb I am also a video editor, so I need the RAM for rendering HD videos with XviD MPEG-4 codec. And I'll consider the upgrade on the graphics card, still not quite sure yet.

The 450 is so much a better card than the 430 that its a definate thing to think about.
