If you can wait until mid-March to April, then you could get an Intel Sandy Bridge cpu socket 1155. The one you listed right now is 1156 and is replaced with the 1155 socket.
If you can't wait, maybe pick up an socket 1366 system instead.

For the video card, get the non SE version instead.
