Ok im upgrading my old XP desktop witch after this upgrade will have windows 7, my budget is around £150 - £170 max and So far I have This....

This comes to £157.49 the only thing that must not be changed on this list is the processor. also i will definitely need a new psu with 1x pci-e 16x (for graphics card) and at least 4x molex and 20 x 4 pin.

I am looking for the cheapest Graphics card that will be able to run black ops on low - medium settings.

Any Help Would be appreciated.

I've noticed a huge mistake. The motherboard has the socket AM2 and the CPU is an AM3, either change the CPU or the motherboard. Everything else is fine.

No, am3 will work in an am2+ mobo.
