Built a computer, not working. HELP

(recreated thread since old thread had a beeping problem which was not actually coming from the computer, my fault for that lol.)

This is my second build. It's an $850 gaming computer so I really need help. i added the 8gb ram, mobo, graphics card, cpu and all that usual stuff. When i hooked it up to my monitor, mouse, keyboard and speakers, none of them work with the computer ON. If you unplug/plug the keyboard/mouse in, they flash on and off really quickly. I've tried unplugging everything and replugging, reseating RAM, anything I could think of. My main guess is that the motherboard is broken some how. When I was putting the motherboard into place into the tower, it was a little rough since i had to basicly shove it in so that might be the case...

Can anyone please help me with this problem?

I would guess maybe a grounding issue.
Pull out all your stuff, then on a piece of cardboard, plug in the psu, ram, gpu and cpu to see if it works. Then I'd add the drives... |get it too boot, then stick it back in.
