Which first, and worth the money?

Well, there are a few more things I want to do to my system, before I completely forget about upgrading it for a year or two. So, here is my list of things I want to do, and roughly the cash it will take to do them. I just need some help putting them in order of what I should do first, as it might take a month or two do them. Also are these things worth doing?

Heres what I want to do:

Upgrade my graphics card to a 6800GT or 6800 Ultra, using eVGA's step-up program. Could cost anywhere from $120-$220.

Get some new high-end ram, 1 Gig in total, most likely Corsair XMS. Cost anywhere from $200-$300.

Buy a new heatsink and fan combo. Cost $50

A Western Digital SATA Raptor Drive, haven't decided whether I want the 36GB drive or the 74GB drive, space isn't really an issue, as I don't use much. Cost $120-$180.

I am open to sugestions, if there is anything else I should do to complete my system.

Your computer isn't bad at all as it is, but I would get a 6800GT first, then the new hard drive, then the RAM.

I would get the 6800Ultra if ur a gamer.
Then XMS.
Then Raptor.

I would get the Raptor first if ur not a gamer.

I would get the 6800Ultra if ur a gamer.

No need to, he can get the 6800GT up to and possibly past Ultra speeds by soft modding.
