Build for Cousin

Hey guys, it's been a while since I've been on here. Anyways, my cousin asked me to put a build together for him, and he wants an i5 (not sandy bridge) and an ATI GPU. for under ~$850 for all of the parts below (others I already have). How's this build look?

Idk, he just told me he didn't want one. Maybe because of the chipset issue with the SATA ports.

Unless hes highly overclocking, the mobo's overkill.

I was gonna get him to a ~4.0GHz 24/7 OC. Idk much about 1156 mobo's, but is there another suggestion you have?

Not really, but that oc is a good candidate for a ftw.

If you could get a cheaper mobo and oc less, I would put more money into the gpu. Same deal with the case.

Yeah, I tried to get him a different case, but he's set on that one. As for GPU, that'll be fine with him as he will only be playing games that it can easily handle.
