if u can't either get into safe mode, that means ur windows has been corrupted. U may re-install windows without losing all ur stuffs by repairing the OS. Insert the wondows cd into the cdrom drive, change the first boot sequence from CDROM. Hit continue "C" at the first "Repair". Windows will search the previous windows NOW press Repair"R" ATM. windows will re-install all files without erase all ur stuffs on the HDD. I did all these for all my clients without losing their sensitive data. Good Luck
