Sound problem

My computer sound devices get a signal from iTunes, but the signal doesn't come trough to my sound mixer. Any ideas how to solve this?

Yes, quite simple, do you have auxillary cable plugged into your itunes player by chance ?
Without a 3.5mm aux cable you won't be able to hear anything, also be sure to enable to Line in mode as the sound might come through that way when plugged up.
